Moderator Trainees

Subject: Moderator Trainees 9/2/2008, 9:41 pm

I am going to make becoming a moderator a training process. You have to go through "training" and if you pass with flying colors (meaning you grasp your duties and pass the pop quizzes) you will become a moderator full-time. I still have not made my final desicion on the first mod trainee so show me what you have got! Laughing

yay! This sounds awesome! Very nice idea, Lily. This way you will get great mods that you can trust to do their duties correctly and well!

Wow that sounds fun! I cant wait till you make a few decissions, but i know what its like running something like this, take your time , your decissions always come out better that way lol.

Yeah, mod trainees are always a check mark. I had them watch the general discussion section in my site, worked well.
