Hi, everyone! I'm a reader of Girl's Life magazine and decided to start the G Life program. It's where you make healthy goals for yourself and totally try to reach them while getting your body back to it's healthy state. I love it because they don't tell you what to eat or how to exercise. It's a program that YOU make up. I totally recommend starting it for anyone!
